Nice environment doesn’t make up for abysmal pay

Pros

Culture, supervisors and coworkers are amazing. A breath of fresh air when it comes to transparency and wanting to improve. Love the opportunities to improve status and willingness to invest in employees.

Cons

Pay is low for the local area cost of living. Like honestly Target and other part time jobs have higher starting pay. The starting pay I was quoted was 15$. A joke for anyone with any bills to pay. PTO is a joke any kind of leave is unpaid.

Horrible staff, they don’t really make you feel a part of the community at times. No benefits whatsoever.

Pros

I have worked at Call Control for less than a year and it has already been the best employer I have ever worked for. At Call Control you are family, and you are treated with nothing but respect from your co-workers as well as the owner's of the company, Blu and Zach. It is not your average call center where there are 100 other agents and you are treated like just another face in the crowd. At Call Control you really are a part of the Call Control Family and everyone takes care of each other. I look forward to going into work every single day and I consider myself lucky to be able to grow with the company.

Cons

You are on the phone following up with customer's majority of the day and sometimes you run into difficult and angry customer's that are hard to deal with.
