Pros

That the job is work from home

Cons

The pay is very low. The work itself is very mentally draining and inconsistent. Raises are a joke.

Pros

Probably some of the co workers and the flexibility of taking days off if needed, training.

Cons

Pay is deceitful and not honest, QA is strict and most of the time it feels like nitpicking, bad managers who don't want to do their job, changes constantly, toll on mental health, looking at numbers on days off, No way to progress up without taking more of a hit.

Pros

They have a supportive literal library of training material, you are constantly growing as an individual. They have team training as well as one on one's. You're made aware of what you did wrong without being made to feel singled out. Management pushes agents to do their best. Constant feedback. Incentive pay, PTO, you're offered a paid holiday every year(Not mandatory), after one year your birthday is considered a paid holiday. They promote from within. You're made to feel like you are important to the team.

Cons

Irate callers and nurses are draining.
