Pros

Generally exposed to good projects. Chance to travel. Close relationships with diverse group of individuals in and out of work. Nice office facilities. Chance for good promotions is often dependent on how well you have upper management's ear.

Cons

Lack of omunication and oversight by management. Projects go out the door often without proper quality control. Conversations between management and clients are often not relayed to those doing the work and therefore project are sometimes not informed and lack the depth of understanding necessary to make good projects.

Cons

Have to fight for raises and promotions as they won't give them unless you do. Subsidiary of a foreign parent company so lots of politics and excess steps just to appease shareholders.
