Most Bureaucratic Firm

Pros

RTKL London's designers spent most of time doing non intelligent work. People constantly feeling bored and tired. It's the most bureaucratic firm I have ever worked for. The salary just can't compensate the bad work life balance. The worst however is the designers have nothing to show as a proud project.

Cons

It's a haven for people who can talk but have no real talent. There's an appreciation from the leadership for people who can keep the heads down and get things done. The educational background or talent doesn't matter that much.

Pros

decent IT and hardware support talented colleagues cool office events

Cons

not a very friendly place to work as a novice in this profession few colleagues are cliquey (if not racist) and easily scapegoat others because they feel that they have the privilege and superiority
