      Pros

      They do everything to ensure you have the skills to perform your duties . If you feel unsure they provide training , they make you feel comfortable to ask questions and reach out to a fellow team member. They genuinely care about you , given we spend half of our day at work , they make it feel like a second home . Everyone helps each other out , we are literally OneTeam . Because of all the training and support they offer , it makes it easy to grow within the company. There are endless possibilities in this company. They have excellent health benefits. They offer flex time , you can work a schedule that fits with your life as long as you are able to meet the companies needs and receive prior approval.

      Cons

      Because everyone goes above and beyond for you it makes it hard to say no to any request . Sometimes instead of working a regular shift , a special task might be requested with a quick turn around instead of saying sure I will do it in the morning , you can’t help but get it started right away. There is never pressure from anyone to start it right away , it just feels like the right thing to do.

      Thank you for your feedback and we genuinely appreciate your candid voice. The New York office has an amazing culture of camaraderie and collaboration. As COVID has kept us in a virtual setting, we miss the 'closeness' to our friends and colleagues dearly. Yet, people like you, with your effort, dedication, and drive has kept us together and make us what we are. Understanding priorities and urgencies is important, and asking for clarity for our managers is critical; never hesitate to say 'no' as many things can wait to the next day.

      Great people to work with but management is all over the place

      Pros

      Teammates were very supportive and company was diverse in many ways. My manager's manager was incredible. She was supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      Micro management. My manager lacked emotional intelligence. She was unapproachable and was unable to train properly. She knew her job very well but was unable to delegate tasks well.

      Butchershop with no regards to well being of individual

      Pros

      Face Paced - environment where you are forced to prove yourself over and over again. You definitely learn to how to cope with unbelievable project timelines and pressure

      Cons

      Transparency: There is really no support for individual growth for people really wanting to be contributors to the firm. In the studio where I was employed people were laid off at will if projects were no longer there. I had a lot of talent to offer but felt that if I am not constantly meeting unbelievable project timelines, I had no business being part of the firm. I actually got disciplinary letters from HR stating that I had to make drastic improvements with both speed and quality. NO respect for work life balance: Putting 50 to 60 hours at the firm with coming in the weekends to work is part of the firm life. NO additional compensation, you are expected to dedicate. I understand that in a bigger firm competence is the number one value and strong point, but when you are forced to compete against the others so that you stand out all the time, it literally puts the others to the dust.
