      Great but needs work w scheduling and adopting tasks not on your job description

      Cons

      Gets confusing with tasks they’d like for you to manage and money seems to be an issue. Low pay for most and excuses as to why raises aren’t at employees expectations

      Great benefits. Organized systems. Diverse and smart group of people. Beautiful office and amenities. Depending on team you join, the work can be interesting or monotonous. Good office culture. Assists with professional development.

      Late nights depending on team you join. Depending on the team, one may be stuck doing specific projects. Office has a tendency to burn people out.

      Thank you for your feedback. In 2021, CRTKL began investing in its leadership and career succession in earnest. We have launched a series of leadership assessments and development opportunities for our talented NextGen leadership. The leadership institute launched in 2022 and we are very excited to have its first two cohorts graduate in August. We will continue to invest in talent development through the rest of 2022 and beyond as we know professional development is one area our people truly value.
