My team has been great in the retail sector (Dallas)! I love my job and I have been given many opportunities to design rather than just rollouts. The company also has many opportunities to grow and get involved such as: lectures, happy hours, charity events, sports events etc. if you are a social person you will thrive.

Cons

Promotions can come slow and sometimes are just a matter of being in the right project at the right time.
