Great place to work. Awesome team work and great attitudes. Management is really good.
Cons
I took a pay cut to come to Calpine from another power plant and the reason I left was because of awful management. My whole life Calpine has been the job to have cause of great environment and top pay. Calpine is falling behind in pay area. Every plant in the surrounding area has raised their pay buy 3 to 4 dollars. Don't want Calpine to lose employees cause of lower pay.
