I have worked in Calpion for more than 5 years. It was such an amazing experience. Below are some pros about this organization: 1.Amazing pay and hike. 2.Good recognization and appreciation of work. 3.Very Supportive HR and operation team. 4.They have good projects and skilled resources.

Cons

Nothing as such. Work from home or hybrid work culture can be plus.

Terrible ambiance due to the upper management

Pros

It was an IT solution provider that offered services like custom AI services, Deep Learning, application development, and other digital transformation solutions.

Cons

This company's work culture is the worst. The management must be blamed for it, as they are clearly biased and demonstrate favoritism. There was a lot of politics, too. Please beware and avoid this mess. You will be happier.
