The people that work here are some of the best I've met in my professional career. The culture is good, founder is good. Calpion believes in its employees and clients. Lot of opportunity to learn and grow

Cons

It is a fast paced environment. If you are not one for change– this is not the Company for you.

Incredible company culture. Leadership is open to hearing new ideas. Work atmosphere is fun and informal. Good place for recent college grads to work for a company the will recognize and reward quickly.
