Pros

-Coworkers (not management) -PTO is almost always approved immediately -hourly employees can usually just leave work at work

Cons

Culture of “You are replaceable.” -only way to move up is by kissing up, not actually being good at your job -just forget diversity and inclusion, theyre a lawsuit waiting to happen -they’ll pay you as little as they possibly can, and threaten to fire you if you ask for more -it used to be a private company but now it’s owned by a giant corporation. -constantly feels like they’re right about to go out of business

Good coworkers, fun activities like golf league, very interesting projects in aerospace. Every other Friday off is an option.

Cons

Poor pay increases, not even market value. No bonus or just a $50 gift card. Benefits are expensive. Competitive nature with little flexibility in work life balance.

Work is interesting, working level employees are excellent.

Cons

Feeble-minded leadership with fragile egos. So fragile they spend absurd amounts of money to monitor your messenger apps and emails to see if you said anything bad about them. Salary is horrible and experienced employees with industry knowledge underpaid and often paid less than new hires with <5 yrs experience.
