Thank you for your thoughts, we are striving to be more planful as identified through the development of our Hiring Plan, but you're right, we have a way to go. Finding the right balance of a plan and flowing with the dynamic nature of the needs of our projects can be tricky, but we are working on it.

Thank you so much for your thoughts, we appreciate the feedback. Yes, we do all stand together which is really great but we are a busy bunch, right?! Balance is a tough nut to crack particularly as we all work remotely and blend our home and work lives more and more.
