Pros

Tons of opportunities and facetime with multiple people in the industry. Opportunities to work on amazing projects and infect real change into clean energy and climate change policy and clean transportation. Mission driven company which makes it easy to get behind. Staff is fantastic. Everyone genuinely likes each other and the dynamics between staff is great. Remote work policy both pre and during COVID is exceptional

Cons

While the benefits are great, the pay is still low comparative to the industry. Structure in terms of upward mobility and position descriptions is pretty undefined, which makes things confusing in terms of advancement of roles.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. Structure is coming! I'm sure you understand that rolling this out successfully requires a focus that has shifted a bit with COVID-19, but clarification is on the way.

Transforming transportation for good together!

Pros

Passionate, intelligent and motivated team members working together to achieve mission success, diversity and inclusion is a core value, flexible work hours, access to a growing network of individuals and organizations that share the same mission.

Cons

Though the benefit package is very strong, the vacation/PTO plan is not aligned with the rest of the industry.

With organic growth rather than planned, things can become chaotic at times.

Thank you for your thoughts, we are striving to be more planful as identified through the development of our Hiring Plan, but you're right, we have a way to go. Finding the right balance of a plan and flowing with the dynamic nature of the needs of our projects can be tricky, but we are working on it.
