Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, fun but professional, no drama backbiting or harassment issues, great pay and coworkers are awesome. Upward mobility and advancement opportunities are many. Flexible schedule depending on classification.

Cons

Nothing negative to report, no cons

Pros

The benefits are good but even that isn't enough to stay. Do not work at this office in administration, hiring, human resources, etc. if you're not white. It's best to stay in Sacramento. They did not promote a healthy balance of work, a good work life balance, diversity, etc. I can't talk about the other districts but District 3 is terrible. Management will make sure you hate coming to work.

Cons

MANAGEMENT, nepotism, racism, the list goes on.
