      Super tedious work and no help from management.

      Pros

      Great if you like to clock in, clock out, and not worry about work. Not really interesting work. Caltrans HQ offices are ancient. Their cafeteria is nice though. Very low stress.

      Not challenging or interesting work. Offices are outdated. Poor management.

      - Trainings provided to enable engineers do their job to a high standard - Opportunities available for engineers to work in various departments and functions to give them experiences in all areas
