      Being that it is a government job and you work for the state you get the benefits and the hours are good.

      The only cons that I can think of is that you had to be really focus and prepare to multi task

      It has rotation program where employees can work with many division and learn different skill ,moreover decide at the end which area of civil engineering to choose and work at.It motivates workers to further their education and pay partially the fees of the school.

      Cons

      Promotion is very hard to earn. many supervisors do not have training until they become supervisors.
