      Good people, good culture, fairly relaxed working environment, flexible time off, regular schedule

      Cons

      Low wages, limited field work, redundancy/boredom with projects, many people are disconnected from their work (maybe a symptom of state work in general?)

      Very good experiences you learn a lots. Field work and everything, design work, all technical in terms of designing. good environments as well.

      Cons

      Politics, job holds, i had to wait 3 years just to get interviewed. other than that it's all good. i worked there for 3 years and there was no positions open.
