      Pros

      The people are nice, a lot of friends made. The work is challenging at times, but it has a lot of simple days.

      Cons

      Most supervisors are put in place to "get them off the field" There is not much room to move up, or try another title. They don't want to train or let your explorer other career paths.

      Work Life Balance is great and the team members are very dedicated and great team to work with. The team works well together and supports each other in knowledge sharing and skills improvement.

      Cons

      Not much honestly. It's a.state job so having to come.in 2 days a week is tough when having to deal with parking and traffic. But that's mandated for all state workers who were previously fully remote..
