Very bad frontline management. Terrible training and onboarding practices. Managers don’t care about employees, at all.

I hope that you responded to the feedback surveys you received regarding these practices. As an employee owned organization, it is important that we, the employees, drive the success of all of our practices. While I respect your perspective about Caltrol's managers, I disagree that they do not care about employees. We are all in this together.
