      Pros

      Most of the employees are pleasant.

      Cons

      The morale is very low for such a small company. This speak alot to HR. Not personable nor professional. Speak to employees loud and rude with her door open.

      Pros

      Connection to Emerson Training when you can get it. They stopped doing it in my time there.

      Cons

      Arrogant management No employee morale and recognition -don't expect to be promoted Terrible benefits Younger employees not taken seriously by leadership

      Great place to start, but don't expect to move up

      Pros

      The ESOP culture is really neat and makes you feel like you are a part of something.

      Cons

      Expected to be "promoted" quickly by getting more and more work without a new title or bump in pay.
