Caltrol is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). We are all employee-owners. We are eligible for free company stock and Quarterly Profit Sharing (quarterly bonuses) on top of a 401k with a company match. We also offer some non-traditional benefits such as legal insurance, pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, professional development assistance, wellness benefits, and a student loan repayment match program. I am personally utilizing the student loan repayment match program. I do not have to worry about my student loans being paid!! I have also been able to take advantage of our professional development assistance by attending conferences, seminars, continuous learnings, etc. The wellness benefit is amazing! Caltrol reimburses you up to $500 p/year to spend on your wellness.
