2yThank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with onboarding. As an employed-owned company, everyone's feedback is crucial. We've brought on a new VP of HR and will be continuously working towards improving. In fact, we are in the process of rolling out new company trainings.
Regarding benefits, we are working with a new broker and have just revamped our benefits. We also have a new Total Rewards Project Manager who is a Subject Matter Expert.
