good hourly pay, great work days, nice work area, really nice insurance benefits, yearly bonus. office near a park. closed on major holidays. 401k
Cons
does not match 401k, does not promote from within fairly, does not have integrity when it comes to seniority/ time on the job, do not expect fair wages, treatment, respect, or appreciation if you are a female and especially if you are black. I've watched so many white men come to this place of work and be promoted to directors or managers while the blacks work the bottom paying jobs and have all historic knowledge of the products.
