I enjoyed interviewing with Jaime Stoneberger at Cambium Learning. She has a wonderful way to help you feel at ease as she gets to know you. Her ability to ask open ended questions allows for a free flowing conversation. Through the process she get to know what skills you have and helps make a match to a position that fits for both the employee and employer. It was a great experience.

I've been in ed publishing/ed tech for almost 2 decades and am so happy to be working at Lexia (Cambium). The leadership and compensation have been top notch. It feels so gratifying to work for a mission-driven company that puts educators first and encourages employees to fulfill that mission every day. I am especially impressed with the company culture and comradery. Fellow colleagues are more than willing to help with learning the ropes and that generosity has been so appreciated!

Cons

As a new employee, I don't have any complaints that come to mind. I know that the company is experiencing a lot of growth and I have been able to embrace the change that comes with that with no problem.
