Micro Managing Daily

Pros

Pay, co-workers are knowledgeable of their work

Cons

Position is a glorified customer service role with management who do not care about your worth or health, with several tedious processes created by the worst ticketing system known to mankind, 8x8. 8x8 influences the micro management, by listing your time online (down to the seconds) and includes upper management personnel messaging you constantly. You are constantly fighting to prove what you were doing at X time, rather than focusing on your work and feeling confident. The work culture within the the team is a disaster, as management are constantly finding things you are doing incorrectly, and do so in a deterring tone that diminishes your self esteem. Please do not work here.
