      Pros

      The management I work directly with seem to be fairly reasonable. The company is growing and doesn't appear to be really slowing down anytime soon. The benefits are reasonably good and the pay appears to be fairly good as well. The overall score of the company is 3.8 which is about right, not great but ok.

      Cons

      The IT architecture could use a refresh. Not hardware or software so much but the actual design feels old. Cambium is a company of companies and sometimes you really feel that. Lots of things are done by committee. This often slows things down and makes decisions feel overly complicated.
