      Great products; employees are experts and passionate about helping K-12 children to succeed.

      Cons

      Way too much organizational change. Power struggles and a lack of vision left a company with geographically dispersed teams.

      There is a great work/life balance. The people are good people.

      Sometimes management doesn't listen to its people, instead focusing on what the board may want --which may not be the best solution.

      None. Run away as fast as you can.

      Cons

      They hemorrhage money when a child could see their obvious problems a mile away. They slap bandaids on everything rather than ever improving their products. They lay off the highest performing employees and keep the dead weight. Bonuses are a joke now. Nothing they do makes any sense and it shows.
