      Pros

      There are numerous pros to working for Cambium. From the first day of onboarding, I felt like a valued member of the team. The benefits are amazing (healthcare, PTO, etc.). They also have very efficient processes to ensure your success in your role.

      Pros

      Everyone is welcoming and truly wants to help you succeed at Cambium. Communication is great. They support work/life balance. Many are former teachers and therefore are extremely passionate about the work they are doing. I love it here.

      I have not experienced any negatives with this company so far.
