      Pros

      I have not met a single person through my work with Cambium Learning Group that is not willing to lend a helping hand and offer support as I have been acclimating to my role within the company. I am constantly encouraged, challenged, and motivated to continue to broaden my knowledge and skills within the field by both my colleagues and managers. I feel like I have found a home with my coworkers and am excited to see what the future brings for us all as we work to make our team the strongest in the industry.

      Cons

      I am still relatively new to the company (7 months), but the only negative I can think of is the fact that our workloads are slightly larger than preferred, but we are expanding our teams to balance the workload and I know that hiring doesn't happen overnight.

      Pros

      Cambium produces nice education products for struggling learners but, like most publishing companies, provides little strategic guidance to staff. Nice, smart people work there who try to do their jobs well.

      Cons

      No strategic direction shared with staff, so Directors have no vision. Rigid systems make it difficult to do your job. Short sighted goals.
