Most customers were down to earth and what made me want to work there.

Cons

Very stagnant and low energy. No culture with very little opportunity to get better. The company has no plans on developing the people they have. This company is not in the industry on setting goals and improving. Would not be surprised if this company goes bankrupted in 5-10 years.
