      Pros

      Having weekends off. Leaving early on Fridays.

      Cons

      You shouldn't have to work alone in a warehouse. The office admin was extremely negative and would make you look dumb infront of clients ( if something is missing maybe check your desk for a note from the sales team explaining they took a frame or a filter) I didn't work for very long but the negative work environment is something I have 0 tolerance of, if someone messes up don't sit there and berate them when they are NEW

      Lenient and understanding company. Room for growth within the corporate structure.

      Cons

      Certain departments are consistently understaffed so they lack the manpower to be a proper support . There are also communication barriers between certain departments which doesn't help, but it is not entirely debilitating.
