      Great people, powerful product message, privately held company, strong management team, there is a strong culture and the company stands firmly behind the product

      Cons

      Very competitive industry, low margins, deceitful competitors, long sales cycles, the industry is filled with low level sales people that sell based on first price and don't understand Total Cost

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, great coworkers, lots of work, company is growing, salary is decent for someone new like myself, company does lots of fitness activities with rewards.

      Cons

      The first yr evaluation was lower then expected. Salary bump could be better as the company is really doing good with the profits.

      Very Lean / Six Sigma focused. Has a great wellness and safety program. Good benefit and competitive pay. Good company to get your feet wet and then move on

      Cons

      personal growth- very small office staff. Not advanced in technology. Recently just added barcoding features in the last 3 years.
