Flexible hours and fair salary. No benefits.

Cons

If you want to be scream or insulted from time to time you can be part of them. I was insulted and disrespected in so many ways, accused of situations when I wasn’t being employ at that moment. Toxic environment always with whisper and backstabbing you.
