Highly disorganized, few procedures and processes. Even the smallest tasks take a long time to execute because of the lack of structure. A 45 yr old company operates like a start-up. Incredibly poor compensation. Overt nepotism, and numerous examples of double standards Mixed messages from management depending on the underlying agenda
