Pros

Upper management practices what they preach in terms of core values which is refreshing. Managers are given autonomy to think strategically and lead versus manage. The growth potential for the company is good, which creates professional growth and pay opportunities for those who perform. Most importantly, the organization cares about its employees. You are not a number at Campbell Oil. As they they write the next chapter in their story and expand their market presence you should consider being a part of a team like this.

Cons

Like many small to medium size family run businesses, this company is still building out system and procedure infrastructure. Additionally there are some team members that can be resistant to change, but I think most will get on board.

A business selling dreams

Pros

The store is clean if you have someone who has a good work ethic...if not then it's nasty.

Cons

They approve of sexual harassment and do not have the backs of their employees. They start at minimum wage and only give annual raises if minimum wage goes up. They expect their cashiers to do the jobs of managers and tell the managers they should do less work and deligate more. Slave drivers for poor pay....and they make millions a year. Their motto...Keep the family on full....but they don't follow family values.
