Pros

most of the techs are great people

Cons

complete disregard for flat rate tech time promised training and tools, it woln't happen will transfer you if your hours are low to keep the site stats high never trust a service writer, they are not on your side used as a running boy during your hourly "training" time period and throw you into flat rate, unprepared to do a basic pdi parts are never available onsite, when parts dept orders something-they care less if its correct = wasting huge amounts of flat rate techs time on a daily basis

Pros

Friendships, helping customers, diagnostic heavy work, continued education at employer expense Dedicated RV technician trainers are very knowledgeable and respectful

Cons

Corporate level management are disrespect, condescending, uneducated on the products they sell, and for some reason drive away all good employees. My current service manager was a good hard working game changing individual with great ideas for change and record profit, until regional and corporate management comes in to show you reports you don't know exist, point out why you're an idiot, then leave without training you to succeed. In the winter months being flat rate is likely to make you quit die to lack of availability of hours to produce.
