Pros

You learn everything about how dealerships lie and screw customers over, plus all the manipulation skills needed to sell people on those lies. They will also ensure you have a DOL & EEOC case.

Cons

The sheer amount of illegal activity that corporate allows lower and middle management to get away with is alarming. As a DV survivor, I was forced to work right next to a known violent criminal who pushed a new sales associate off a 1 story balcony at a Christmas Party with the entire dealership there to witness. How does corporate choose to handle an employee with pending felony assault charges from injuring his co-worker? They buy him a plane ticket and invite him to represent our dealership at the RV Show, of course!! I’m a licensed bail bondsman, so I’m the last person to judge, but this company cares only about profit and shareholders, they do not care about their customers, nor associates!
