Good Benefits, but Extra Work

Pros

Great Vision Benefit and pretty good dental and medical, Long Christmas Break (although unpaid unless you use PTO)

Cons

As everyone else said when I was looking at accepting the job, they have 2 computer systems that you have to use to do everything...so twice the work. One is an ancient DOS system. LACK OF TRAINING especially for service advisors who are thrown into it (as I was) with little support.

Pros

I cant think of anything positive to say about these crooks, I myself was cheated out of earned pay and seen it happen to other great employees in sales, hershey super show in 15 was really the turning point , some sales guys were not paid their commisions to the tune of some cases 25k to 30k many left after that show, Im not sure who they cheat and lie to the most employees or customers stay away at all costs as a consumer or potential employee , run , run, run! You have been warned!

Cons

Six and seven day weeks every holiday, apparently they are highly interested in your political views these days .....

Retail Sales

Pros

Pays better than most retail jobs at $12.25 an hour, plus bonuses for selling various services at the register. Also provides benefits.

Cons

The pressure to sell memberships and other services is never-ending. They don't take the slow season (fall/winter) into account in your percentages. You have to constantly sell memberships and renewals, to the point where customers get very angry at being pressured to renew or join.
