Pros

The great thing about ed tech is that you work with people who are a brilliant combination of heart and brain. The people are what make the company great. The benefits and salary are pretty great too - especially if you are used to higher-ed salaries. I'm grateful for my time here and the relationships I've built.

Cons

This isn't unique to CL, but is more indicative of their growth. There is a lot left to automate and operationalize to help get "out of the weeds". Internal communications can be better too. I know that will come with time as you work to operationalize more.
