Peers and leadership are welcoming, inviting, and supportive.

Cons

I was promised bonus pay and profit sharing when I signed my work contract but haven't received anything other than base pay. There is also a freeze on promotions and pay increases because the company can't meet their unrealistic profit quota.

Comfortable with employer relationships. As a contractor, work is enjoyable and enough distance from the office to not feel corporate pressure

Pay is ok but could be better, however, salary is based on client ability
