      I love coming to work at CampusWorks everyday. Here are a few reasons why: 1. CampusWorks lives and breathes its mission, which makes the work we do meaningful. 2. The company's leadership cares about my strengths and interests and ensures my projects are aligned accordingly, so I get great satisfaction from my work. 3. The culture is positive and empowering. Good work is praised and appreciated. 4. I enjoy the ability to work autonomously while also being part of a team.

      Exceptionally talented, experienced, and dedicated professionals Customer and Outcome focused Employees well compensated, especially for the size of the company

      Cons

      Constant leadership and management changes and nearly non-existent communication makes for uncertain working environment and chronic lack of guidance Wild fluctuations between no support to micro-management No investment in tools necessary to be an effective virtual company Customer/Outcome focus followed at all times, regardless of impact on employees
