You have the freedom to be your best, while also being provided support whenever you need it.

Cons

We are scaling up quickly, so there is still a tremendous amount of content, best practices, processes, etc. being developed. However, it's all very expected for a company at this stage and everyone is focused on building for the future.

Used to be the retreat where you would meet your peers- that has been cancelled now

It’s a company that is behaving like a microwaved raccoon on meth: entitled, know-it all, arrogant, bully, unforgiving, ungrateful and mostly never ever stopping demanding. It guarantees you long working hours, changing requirements on responsibilities and results. It will bully you and supervise you in detailed micromanagement to come to a conclusion that - despite knowing 0 of the topic - you’re doing it completely wrong. And yes they will call it “hands-on” mentality that is expected.
