Diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) is exceptionally important at Camunda, and although all feedback is taken seriously, we do not tolerate any type of discriminatory comments. Negative comments towards gender/identity diversity impede the ability to foster a welcoming, affirming workplace for all and can be considered as workplace bullying and against our anti-harassment and DEI policy.
