Pros

100% remote policy, with regular regional social gatherings and an annual retreat for all staff. Camunda is built upon strong principles, have a strong product offering and has also built a great culture internally where colleagues are nice and friendly and are always willing to work with each other. The flexible time-off work option is also great!

Cons

Remote work is a paradigm shift for an office worker for more than a decade. As a manager of one, you're responsible for yourself and your workload so ensure you have enough work-life balance!
