- great culture stemming from a great set of company values - strong leadership that is able to actually put the companies values into practise - doing the thing right over doing the thing quick - interesting products in a wide range of use cases - good work/life balance - modern tech stack - mostly open source - good reward and benefits - great coffee

Cons

it seems that for some specific roles there's a lack of employees, although for most roles the work/life balance is really good

Cons

- Career progression could be clearer, but a lot of work is being put into it. Overall, an amazing place to work with smart colleagues, great culture and super interesting work!!

Cons

Consistency of job experience across teams is bad. Still suffering from growing pains, not all processes are in place for a company of it's size. Transitioning to a remote company makes things awkward.
