You reap the work you put in

Nepotism and favoritism is rampant. It's part of the work culture there Your daily pay is never increased and all sales people make the same pay despite experience, knowledge and length of time you've worked there. It's very cut-throat. I think it's because of the lack of daily pay. Medical benefits are not affordable for what they pay you ( thankfully my spouse provided the benefits for me ) Do not expect a raise, extra vacation days or any perks at all. New people are not trained properly and are promised salaries that are not obtainable. People that have been there for years confirmed to me that you go no where in this company. That's why i ran.
