Pros

Not much really… lots of forward focused promises but empty ability to do any of it. Interesting that they have this “plan” but honestly from the inside looking out it is not really happening

Cons

So many to mention Network failures daily, randomly can’t even connect to the internet. Just stops working at least once a week. WiFi in the office is bad too. Over all complex processes to build products equals no real work getting done. New teams being built and new hires delayed and delayed. Out sourcing everything even HR off shore. The plan is for around 10% of US foot print to remain. US banks deserve better. Completely dis functional
