The salary is extremely poor. Management frequently promises bonuses and other incentives as they continue to increase our workload, but they rarely follow through. Last month, they claimed the company hadn’t met certain targets, so not only did our team not receive the contractual bonus that is part of our agreed salary, but we were also told we actually owe the company money.
There are no opportunities for advancement or growth. Management even changed our job titles to reflect additional responsibilities from another team, yet this transition was not accompanied by a salary increase. In fact, my current salary is lower than what I was originally offered. I was later told that the original contract was a mistake and that the company intended to offer a lower salary from the beginning.
Overall, I am very disappointed in the company and would not recommend it to others.
