The only thing they got going for them is the schedule it's 4 on 3 off 3 on 4 off

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing. Keeping people who run red lights with no emergency broadcast, running switches, breaking rules, and then firing people for calling in sick.

Pay was decent for the job. About it.

Cons

Good old boys club , racist company. Stick with the class 1s, CP and CN. Bunch of low IQ people talking about each other all day, I didn't partake and was shunned. The operation will have you shaking your head . The superintendent would rant and rave about first nations people, making derogatory remarks and suggestions regarding firsts nations and candos hiring policies. The superintendent felt safe to make racist remarks to me due to the fact that I'm not first nations, some if the things I would hear, absolutely disgusting! And this is the culture that permeates through the company.
