A set schedule - Maybe

Cons

Wage - well below industry standards Benefits - very minimal benefits Pension - NONE RSPs - none unless employee contributes STD - none. Which is insane for an industrial/transportation industry. LTD - 70% after 4 months Management - Terrible; initially chosen with a blindfold on, then picked from favouritism and not skills and knowledge.
